Outside of running Refine, I am a busy mama of three, a dog mom, a fitness junkie, and I love to travel—especially to Spanish-speaking countries so I can practice my own Spanish! When I’m not at the clinic, you can find me exploring Stillwater’s vibrant restaurant and bar scene or at home reading up on the latest medical research and trends.
